"Santa Lucia" Build 37 Now Available!

Hey guys!

This update progresses Bryan’s story further, but also features some content furthering Russell’s story. A little look into the lion’s life and how it was before he met Ben and Zach, perhaps? The writing went in direction I did not expect when first outlining everything, and I think the characters kind of “took control” from me, and it led to some pretty interesting interactions.

Unfortunately, on the art side, no new sprite or CG this month, but there’s a good reason behind that. Dev and I decided to spend the end of the year together, so he had to prepare everything for his trip in the later parts of the month. Since I didn’t want him stressing out too much (the airport, TSA and a 12 hours flight is already stressful enough), we decided it’d be best to work on stuff for next month’s update in advance. He’s been redoing some of the promotional art for the game, and I’m really looking forward to how it turns out!

With this build, my estimate would place us at around a third of the way through Bryan’s act three. Big things are happening, with bigger things on the horizon. I wonder if you guys can predict what’s to come…?

Anyway, I’ll see you guys around soon.

Cheers,

Dzahn

Hope you had a good trip!

The song Fourth Regret really sticks to me. I don't know why.
